\u2022 If you return products by mail, we will process the refund within 14 business days after receiving your package. If an error occurs during order processing or packaging, there is a possibility that you receive incorrect or incomplete products. This may also happen due to miscommunication during phone orders.
\u2022 If an incorrect shipment is verified, DXN will immediately send the correct product and cover the return shipping costs.
Conditions for returning an incorrectly shipped product:

\u2022 The packaging must be intact.
