Refund Policy
If a refund is required, the following terms apply:
Online Purchase
• If the purchase was made online with a card payment, the refund will be processed back to your card within 14 business days.
• If the payment was made via bank transfer, you will need to email us your bank account details for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be completed within 14 business days.
• If you return products by mail, we will process the refund within 14 business days after receiving your package. If the return is due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The products must be accompanied by the receipt, and the purchase date must not exceed 14 days.
Purchase from Our Physical Stores
• If the purchase was made at one of our physical stores, refunds are issued at the store’s cashier upon verification of the product’s condition and presentation of the receipt. The refund request must be made within 14 days of purchase.
• If the payment was made by card, you must present the same card for the refund to be processed using the original payment method.
Return & Refund Process for Specific Cases

For product returns purchased from www.dxnwellness.eu, please send them to the respective DXN branch of you country or via email displayed in the contact area.
Cases of Online Order Returns
1. Incorrect Shipment
If an error occurs during order processing or packaging, there is a possibility that you receive incorrect or incomplete products. This may also happen due to miscommunication during phone orders.
• If an incorrect shipment is verified, DXN will immediately send the correct product and cover the return shipping costs.
Conditions for returning an incorrectly shipped product:
• The product must be unopened.
• The packaging must be intact.
• You must report the issue upon receipt or by the next business day.
If these conditions are not met, DXN Greece reserves the right to refuse the return.
2. Defective or Damaged Product
If you receive a product with:
• An open package
• A damaged package
• A short expiration date that does not allow for timely use
The product will be replaced, and we will cover all return shipping costs.
The only requirement is that you notify us immediately upon receipt or no later than the next business day.
If a product does not fall under the above categories but appears altered or defective, it must be returned for inspection. If the issue is confirmed, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. Otherwise, www.dxnwellness.eu reserves the right to deny liability.
3. Order Cancellation or Change of Mind
If you receive an order and wish to return one or more products, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the products, a refund will be issued using the same payment method.
Conditions for accepting returns:
• The return must be made within 14 days of receipt.
• The packaging must be unopened.
• The product must be stored properly and not damaged.
• If the returned product came with a gift, the gift must also be returned.
Returning a Purchase from the Online Store
If a product was purchased online, returns can be made to the following location after contacting DXN www.dxnwellness.eu.
The original receipt is required, and the purchase must be within 14 days.
The same return conditions for online orders apply to purchases from physical stores. Please check your products before opening them.
Refunds at physical stores will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
